Purchasing
EMDR Equipment Europe designs and manufactures EMDR equipment to assist professional therapists in their work with clients.
Purchases should be made by trained therapists – if you are considering making a private purchase of this equipment then please consult your therapist in advance or contact us directly.
Shipping and Returns
We ship our products worldwide on secure services-all products where possible are sent using Signed for or Trackable services for your peace of mind.
Whilst we don't anticipate returns for professional equipment, we do offer a 7 day returns service which is available from the date the your equipment arrives - as a standard, any returns incur a 15% restocking surcharge. Please note all sales are final after 28 days. All costs relating to returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any postage costs are non-refundable.

Warranty
Each product comes complete with full operating instructions and a two year warranty. If you experience any issues with your equipment, then we have a dedicated customer service department who are able to offer advice on repairs/replacement. Please note we also offer courtesy units in the event of repairs being required, so you always have workable equipment.
